Easy VoIP Telephony Services Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the telephony services (“Services”) provided by Easy VoIP (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Services. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Account Registration
To access and use certain features of our Services, you must create an account with Easy VoIP. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our Services in any way that:
– Violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
– Infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights;
– Harasses, threatens, or otherwise discriminates against any individual or group;
– Promotes or encourages illegal activity;
– Interferes with the proper functioning of our Services or network.
Fees and Payments
By using our Services, you agree to pay any fees or charges associated with the specific plan or package you have chosen. We reserve the right to modify our pricing and payment terms at any time, and any such changes will be communicated to you in advance. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges associated with your use of our Services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, and for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. If you wish to terminate the Services, you must provide us with written notice at least 30 days prior to the intended termination date. If you fail to provide the required 30-day notice, you will be responsible for paying the equivalent of two months’ service fees. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our Services, and any outstanding payments or fees will become due and payable.
Disclaimers
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy VoIP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easy VoIP and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or, if modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or terms published by us on our website or in connection with our Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy VoIP concerning your use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Easy VoIP with respect to our Services.
Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Force Majeure
Easy VoIP shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, or shortages of transportation, energy, labor, or materials.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Easy VoIP may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time, without restriction and without notice.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration institution. The arbitration shall take place in a mutually agreed upon location, or if both parties agree, the arbitration may be conducted virtually. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
