Step 2: Complete the Extension Form

Please fill out this form for each individual who needs an extension:

  • Business Name: Enter your company or organization’s name. For multiple locations, include the same unique identifier used previously. (ex: EasyVoIP Hattiesburg, or EasyVoIP Chicago)

  • Full Name: Provide the employee’s full name.

  • Title / Position: CFO, Accounting, Marketing, etc
  • Extension Number: Assign an extension number (e.g., 101, 102, 103). Please do not use extension 100.

  • Email Address: Required if you wish to enable voicemail-to-email notifications.

After entering each person’s details, click Add Extension. Once you’ve added all necessary extensions, click Submit to finalize the process for this location.

Need to Add Another Location?

After you click Submit, a popup will appear with a link labeled “Add Another Location”. Please click this link to start the process over for your next location. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for each additional location to ensure all your branches are properly set up.
