Park & Retrieve Calls on Your Yealink W56H

Master call parking with EasyVoIP’s Yealink W56H cordless phone. Follow these simple steps to park an active call or retrieve a parked call from Park 1 (701) or Park 2 (702).

Parking an Active Call

Need to park a call for someone else? Here’s how:

  1. While on the Call:
    Look at the softkeys below the screen. The Right Soft Key says Options.
  2. Press the Right Soft Key:
    Hit the Right Soft Key labeled Options.
  3. Scroll to Call Park:
    Press the Up Arrow (on the navigation button) once or twice until Call Park appears.
  4. Select Call Park:
    Press the OK key (middle softkey) to select Call Park.
  5. Call Is Parked:
    The call parks on Park 1 (701). You’ll hear a beep or message, and it disconnects. Tell your team: “It’s on Park 1.”

Retrieving a Parked Call

Ready to pick up a parked call? Do this:

  1. Dial the Park Number:
    - For Park 1: Dial 701 (press 7, 0, 1), then press the green Talk key.
    - For Park 2: Dial 702 (press 7, 0, 2), then press the green Talk key.
  2. Connect:
    The parked call picks up—you’re now talking to the customer.

Quick Reference

Park a Call:
Right Soft Key (Options) > Up > Call Park > OK
Goes to Park 1 (701)

Retrieve a Call:
Park 1: 701 > Talk
Park 2: 702 > Talk
